The staff was amazing! the bathrooms are not that comfortable but the hotel is beautiful with a great location.

Building, location, staff were excellent! Calming view of El Retiro park. Away from the tourist buzz but close. Super quiet even on a room open to the street corner! Staff is simply superb!
